Service standards

What you can reasonably expect in your home.

Trust is built through observable behaviour: a clear agreement, preparation before arrival, respect for the home and a defined response when circumstances change.

Before service

Clarity and preparation.

The clean should begin with the important decisions already made—not with avoidable confusion at the door.

01

Scope and price are confirmed.

The accepted quote identifies the service, included work, approved additions, important boundaries and final price.

02

Access is planned.

Concierge, buzzer, parking, elevator, key and building requirements are discussed when relevant, without publishing or unnecessarily retaining sensitive access details.

03

Home-specific information matters.

Pets, private areas, fragile belongings, product restrictions, fragrance sensitivities and known delicate or damaged surfaces should be raised before service.

04

Arrival is communicated.

The scheduled service is confirmed, and material timing changes are communicated as soon as reasonably practical.

Inside the home

Careful methods, appropriate boundaries.

The standard is not chemistry theatre or a vague promise of perfection. It is thoughtful handling of the agreed job.

Prepared for the scope

Service-ready supplies and equipment are brought for the confirmed work. Special requirements should be identified during quoting so the plan can be adjusted where feasible.

Surface-aware care

Product labels and material guidance are followed, uncertain products are not mixed, and spot testing is used where appropriate. Known unstable or damaged surfaces should be identified in advance.

Hygienic separation

Tools and cloths are separated by use area where appropriate to reduce cross-contamination between higher-risk and general surfaces.

Privacy and boundaries

Agreed private or out-of-scope areas are respected. Service photos are taken only where useful for quoting, condition, completion, safety or an issue—and are not used publicly without separate permission.

When circumstances change

Explain first. Agree next. Then proceed.

A material difference in condition, safety, capability, labour or timing does not become surprise work or a surprise bill.

01

Scope changes need agreement.

Where feasible, you can keep the original scope, approve a revision or defer the affected additional work.

02

Completion is checked.

The visible result and agreed priorities are reviewed against the confirmed scope before the service is closed.

03

A genuine miss has a path.

Raise an in-scope concern promptly while the facts are fresh. All Out reviews it against the booking and works toward the appropriate correction.

04

Incidents are documented.

All Out is insured. A suspected service-related incident is recorded and reviewed against the known facts, while rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain intact.

Clear practical expectations

Payment, changes and privacy.

Cancellation or rescheduling: at least 24 hours’ notice is requested whenever possible. The current fee conditions and exceptions are set out in the terms.
