All Out Cleaning - Policies & Terms
Thank you for choosing All Out Cleaning! We are dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services for your home, condo, apartment, office, and more. Our team takes pride in delivering top-notch results while using eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible. Here’s what you need to know about our services:
General Service Information
• Eco-Friendly Products: We prioritize health and safety, and we strive to use environmentally-conscious cleaning solutions. However, All Out Cleaning avoids harsh chemicals like bleach or harsh detergents to protect your home and the environment.
• Equipment Provided: We supply most of the cleaning equipment required for the job. However, you will need to provide a toilet brush, paper towels, and running water for us to perform our cleaning services. If additional tools (such as a step stool or vacuum) are needed for high areas or specialized services like carpet vacuuming, please ensure they are available unless included in a move-in/move-out cleaning service.
Special Requests & Cleaning Products
If you have any specialized cleaning needs, such as organic or specific products, please leave them out with instructions in your booking or account notes. This ensures we use exactly what you need for your cleaning.
Quoting & Booking
Our quoting and booking system is designed for accuracy, based on factors like the size of the space, room count, and its general condition. If inaccurate information is provided, or if the space condition is below average, we may contact you to request additional time for the cleaning. If extra time is not approved, we will still do our best to complete the work within the allocated time, and you waive the satisfaction guarantee for the service.
Payment Terms and Conditions for All Out Cleaning
1. Payment Terms:
• Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Invoices are issued immediately after the completion of services, or on a scheduled basis for recurring clients.
• Clients are required to make payment within 7 days of the invoice date (Net 7).
2. Card on File:
Payment Authorization & Booking Fee
To finalize your booking, we require a valid credit or debit card on file. Your card details will be securely stored for verification purposes. A non-refundable $0.50 booking fee will be processed to confirm your payment method; this is not a prepayment for services. You may still choose to pay via e-transfer or card upon completion of the service.
• Once the cleaning service is completed, clients are required to make the payment via e-transfer to alloutcleaning25@gmail.com.
• The card on file will not be charged unless the client fails to make payment via e-transfer within 7 days, in which case the card will be charged for the outstanding balance.
3. Late Payment:
• A 5% late fee will be applied to all invoices not paid by the due date.
• After 7 days of non-payment, All Out Cleaning reserves the right to charge the card on file and suspend services until payment is received.
4. Dispute Resolution:
• If there is a dispute regarding the payment or the services rendered, the client must notify All Out Cleaning within 3 days of receiving the invoice. We will work with the client to resolve any issues amicably.
• In case a dispute is not resolved, All Out Cleaning reserves the right to pursue legal action, including collections, for unpaid balances.
5. Cancellation & Refunds:
• Cancellations of scheduled cleaning services must be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a 20% cancellation fee.
• Refunds are not provided for services that have been completed unless there is a valid issue with the quality of the service, as determined by All Out Cleaning.
6. Client Responsibility:
• The client is responsible for ensuring that payment is made on time and in full. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.
• The client is also responsible for any charges incurred as a result of non-payment, including collection fees and legal costs.
Please note, All Out Cleaning does not provide refunds due to the subjective nature of cleaning. Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to post-renovation, post-construction, or hourly services.
Cancellations & Satisfaction Guarantee
• Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy applies to scheduled cleanings. Fees will be assessed based on the timing of cancellations or any rescheduling.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please report any issues within 24 hours. We’ll come back for a follow-up cleaning within 3 days to make it right.
Hiring Our Cleaners
All Out Cleaning invests significantly in training, background screening, and certification of our cleaners. If you choose to hire any of our current or former employees directly, we may charge an employment referral fee.
Safety & Health
• Safety First: The safety of our cleaners and clients is our top priority. We reserve the right to remove cleaners from your premises if the environment is deemed unsafe.
• Heavy Items: We cannot move items that weigh more than 30 lbs for safety reasons.
• Health Risks: If your space poses health risks (e.g., severe mold, pest infestation, etc.), we may have to cancel the service.
Pets
We understand that pets are a big part of your family. While we can work around them, if a pet becomes anxious, aggressive, or poses a safety concern, we reserve the right to remove our cleaners. If a cleaner needs to leave due to pet-related issues, charges may still apply for the time spent at your home.
Valuables & Security
• Valuables: We advise that you secure valuables, heirlooms, or collectibles before our team arrives.
• Key Security: We take key security very seriously. For your safety, we do not return keys by mail. We will return your key in person, to your concierge, or as otherwise instructed.
• Liability: All Out Cleaning is not liable for any damages or loss of property due to unauthorized entry or failure to secure valuables.
